About Evectus Systems.
A bootstrapped technology company, built for the long horizon.
The Company.
Evectus Systems is a privately held technology company headquartered in South Carolina. The company was founded in 2026 to develop software in domains where existing tools have stopped serving their users — and to do so without the pressure of outside investment or external timelines.
The company is bootstrapped by design. There is no board, no exit calendar, and no obligation to anyone other than the people using the software. That posture is the source of the company’s primary competitive advantage: the ability to develop software on the timeline the work actually requires.
Evectus Systems is not committed to any single industry. The company will pursue any software project that meets its standard for utility, durability, and sustainable profit — regardless of which domain that project lives in. The principles that guide those decisions are stated in detail on the Approach page.
The Founder.
Joshua Truly founded Evectus Systems to build software with the patience that bootstrapped capital allows. He brings a background in computer science and over eight years of professional experience as a commercial truck driver. He holds a Private Pilot certificate with an instrument rating, and is currently pursuing his Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor certificates. His aviation expertise extends beyond the cockpit, supported by an established network of certificated pilots and instructors. The company operates from South Carolina.
How the company operates.
Evectus Systems is privately held and operates as a single legal entity. Day-to-day decisions are made by the founder. Future hires, partnerships, and structural changes will be communicated publicly when and as they happen. Until then, the focus remains on the work.
